Meet the Owner

Diane and Ken Frazer opened the Clearwater Express Employment Professionals’ location in October of 1996. Over the last 14 years, Ken and Diane have provided staffing services to many of the bay area’s leading companies. These employment services are provided through traditional temporary/contract staffing, evaluation hire (temp to perm), direct hire and account management or on-premise/managed staffing. Ken and Diane have found jobs in the office/administrative, accounting, customer service, IT and commercial/industrial fields for more than 3,000 job seekers.

Diane and Ken bring many years of corporate work experience to their Express franchise. This includes Diane’s many years at Johnson & Johnson in Device Manufacturing and the J&J Credit Union and finally as branch manager for Mountain America Credit Union in Park City, UT. Ken brings over 20 years experience with Johnson & Johnson and Becton Dickinson in Operations Management.

The Clearwater staffing office is a certified Minority Woman Owned business. The office is also a member of the Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Upper Tampabay Chambers of Commerce.
